Service
Our car transfer service provides transportation services from one location to another. We offer a variety of vehicle types to suit your needs.
Booking
To use our car transfer service, you must make a booking through our website or any other method given on the website (Phone, Email, Whtasapp). You will need to provide us with accurate information, including your pickup and drop-off locations, the number of passengers, and any special requirements.
Modify bookings 24hrs before arrival. No show at Faro Airport without notice incurs a 50% charge. Refund policy: Total refund within a week for prepaid airport transfers.
Night Rate
There is an additional cost of 20€ for transfer that meets the following conditions: Service between 10pm to 7am the fee is applied to the general pickup ( all party) and not per person.
Payment
Payment for our car transfer service can be made online at the time of booking or you can pay cash by hand. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
Payments must be settled before the vehicle’s departure.
Cancellation
You need to cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in losing the full amount.
Delays
We will do our best to ensure that your transfer is completed on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Conduct
We expect all passengers to behave in a respectful and courteous manner during their transfer. Any behavior that is deemed to be disruptive or dangerous may result in the termination of the transfer.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your transfer. We are also not liable for any injuries sustained during the transfer, unless they are caused by our negligence.
Privacy
We take the privacy of our customers seriously. Any personal information that is collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
Transfer reservations follow Portuguese mainland time (UTC/GMT)
Online reservations accepted until one day before the desired transfer date.
Contact us directly for last-minute reservations.
Telephone bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.
Luggage Policy
Limit: two items per person.
Declare extra or special luggage during online booking.
Other Information
Right to refuse transportation for individuals under the influence or behaving inappropriately.
No smoking or alcoholic drinks allowed in vehicles.
Portuguese law governs all conditions.
